Family, Heroes & History:

First off, my father & mother who adopted my brother & I from the Philippines, ages 8 & 5 respectively, have given theirs lives for us.
My father took a photo of a butterfly when I was 6 that I can still picture in my head to this day. His past interest in photography eventually became my own. I have a lot of memories with my mother being there for me. She has been the support for a lot of my family. I'm proud to be apart of my older brother's family and my wife's relatives. My wife & son, are the best reward in my life. My family will always be there.

Typically heroes for me are individuals whose lives grab my attention. Shepard Fairey & Banksy are two visual artists that don't normally work in photography but they do know how to project a message. "The medium is the message" - SF. Digital photography has become by my message.

The digital revolution has been with my family since the first consumer digitals. My eyes have looked through-the-lens of numerous early digicams & SLR's. By the Winter of 2006, my photographic obsession progressed into a business idea. In 2007, I launched TAKE-N-IMAGES®. I have been fortunate to take a non-traditional route into photography and make my own path with the help from friends, family & clients. The fun has just begun for TAKE-N-IMAGES®.
